Note: the German version of these pages is the legally binding one. Entries marked [ ] (commercial register, management, VAT ID, AÜG licence) are supplied by the client before launch.

2. Server logs
Our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, requested URL, transferred volume, browser type) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, for secure and stable operation. These records are deleted after a short period.
3. Contact form
We process your name, email address, optional phone number and message in order to handle your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR. The message is stored in our system and forwarded to our mailbox, and deleted once the matter is closed and no statutory retention period applies.
4. Applications and CV upload
For applications we process your name, email, phone, German language level, availability, your message and - if uploaded - your CV, on the basis of § 26(1) BDSG together with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Uploaded documents are stored outside the publicly reachable area and are only accessible to authorised staff after signing in to the protected administration area.
Applicant data is kept for 180 days after the process ends and is then deleted or anonymised automatically, unless you consented to longer storage or a statutory retention duty applies.
5. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp we process your number, displayed profile name and message content to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) / (f) GDPR). The service is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and may involve transfers to third countries. Use the contact form, email or phone if you prefer to avoid this.
6. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries are used for language selection, session handling and form protection (§ 25(2) TDDDG).
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you explicitly agree in the cookie banner. No analytics script is loaded before your consent. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your stored data (Art. 15)
- rectification (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77)
